mysterious toolbar

every time i start internet explorer i get this tool bar at the bottom (just above the start menu)its has 6 buttons (make money, music, casino, investing, travel, mortgage) and 6 drop down menus opening on a selection of other topics topics and beside this a search button (which for some reason is the same as the one found in start/search).it is closeable by clicking an x in the corner.i want to know what its from and how 2 either stop it appearing or remove it permanently as its starting to become extreemly annoying.

at first i thought it was the msn toolbar but it looks nothing like the pictures i have seen of the msn toolbar.

if you can see a name for it go to start - run - msconfig and go to the top right hand tab marked startup. Look for the name in the list and if you find it take the tick out of the left hand box. By the way I take the tick out of all the boxes except zone alarm [firewall] and avg [virus checker] and things I want to run at start up.

Did you run Ad-aware and CWShredder? Run those first.

If they do not fix it please post a HJT log click here and alternative download click here

You will need to paste the log in 3 or 4 "chunks" to conform to the 800 word limit per post on this site. Also, please add a blank line after each line of text to make it readable.
