Is my PC compatible with DVI-D capable monitor?

I have an 2005-06 PC: an emachines T5212, and I'm wanting to purchase an Acers V223 monitor as my original an emachines monitor has had aggravating display (blurring, shadows) problems. My T5212 specs are below.

Have a look at the back of your pc to see if there is a connector like: click here if there is you should be ok to use DVI. You may have to purchase a DVI cable as not all monitors come with one.
