My old Disk Structure

A simple question...I think. I am running Windows XP home edition and recently had to use the system restore disc due to a corrupted registry. I have now noticed a large file on my C: drive called "My old Disk Structure" it is 4.3 gigs in size. Is this a normal occurence on completion of a restore? And most importantly, can I delete this large file?

Thankyou in advance

XP backsup the old HDD files as a matter of course. I have done this as well and I always delete the backup. Never caused me any problems.
