My new PC restarts for no reason!

I've just bought a new PC which works fine , except that it will sometimes reboot for no reason. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it, its quite random. Upon restarting I get a message which says 'your system has recovered from a serious error'. The Pc is a 3gh P4 with XP pro system. I haven't had an opportunity to contact the place I bought it from.Their help line is only open Mon to Fri, so will give them a call next week. In the meantime can anyone offer any advice on the cause?

Faulty PSU maybe. Wait and give them a ring I would.

This problem could be anything, From memory to power. I had a friend who had a similar problem for quiet a while and it turned out it was the graphics card. Take Vogs good advice and returnt he PC.
