My MS Office is suddenly not genuine

I've just tried to download the backup tool for Outlook 2002 from click here

Having done the usual MS validation checks I was then told that my copy of Office wasn't genuine and/or needed validating.

My Office is genuine (it came with the Dell PC about 5 years ago).

It is validated.

It has previously passed MS validation checks on more occasions than I care to remember.

What's suddenly changed and how do I get this download??

I suggest you phone Microsoft if you are in UK click here

er, yes.

In fact, having tried the download again, I'm being told that Office needs activating - which it was donkey's years ago!

I think Technotiger has the answer, so I'll ring MS on Monday and give them a bloody good ear-bashing (because I'm a grumpy old man).
