Hey, every time I open my files I can go onto everything except my documents, as soon as I do it just automatically closes and it only started happening since I copied a video from my iPod into my documents however I can't get into my documents to delete it so I am wondering how I could delete the file

If you think it's the file that's causing the folder to crash try deleting it in safe mode.

Slow down... We need to know what Op Sys you are using and also to tell us what you are clicking on to try to get My Documents folder to open in Windows Explorer, and exactly what happens.

I found this problem at a friend's house when he needed some help for something else.

Baffled the hell out of me.

Explorer just shuts down instantly even if you hover over a .mov file

Seems to be a prob for W8-8.1 I keep trying to post a fix I found, it involves removing two KB updates but pca keeps saying it's spam. Basically it's: REMOVE both KB2975719 AND KB2995388. Switch OFF automatic updates and manually download security updates as and when required
