in device manager code28 ihave no disc to support it what can i do pls help ihave had no sound for 2weeks

In devices have you clicked on Update Driver?

error code 28 is for no drivers.

is it onboard sound or a sound card.

if it's onboard, do you know the make and model of the motherboard.

if it's a sound card, do you know the amke or model.

have you installed a new device lately
do you have a yellow ! in device manager if so whats the device?
that will tell you what drivers you need
if you tell us what the device is (hardware) then we may be able to piont you int the right direction for the driver to install

yes i do do you have a yellow mark in devices
the thing i have added is an ipod it cant be that
