MusicMatch jukebox 8

Recently upgraded to this level.
I now find I am unable to Play Audio CDs nor convert to MP3 files from Jukebox.
Playing MP3 files from Hard Drive is OK.
The 'cure' on Musicmatch help page requires the burning of a CDR every time you wish to rip a file.
Has anyone out there got a work round?? Or will upgrading to Jukebox plus solve the problem
System is Windows XP Service Pack 1.
Windows Media Player still operates OK

I don't have a solution I'm afraid, but I can confirm that I run the full (plus) version of Musicmatch with XP and SP1 without any problems at all.

Within an hour of posting this query I received an unsolicited download from Musicmatch which cured the problem.
Proves the beauty of Broadband!!
