music stuttering

hi i have broadband and when i am accessing sound files or listening to music i often get the file stuttering or music comming back to me in dribs and drabs my broadband is 600kps and i have realplayer and media player though i mostly listen to music through real player question is how can i up grade my computer to listen to better music files or would a new computer be better here is what i have on my computer:

if ive read ur stats correctly ur lucky to get broadband to work let alon playing music as well

Upgrade or new pc u could spend £300 upgradig it but ull spend about £600 on a new system but it will last u alot longer than an upgrade would!
