I have MP3 files downloaded but will not play on my hifi as it was before mp3. Is there any any I can convert the mp3 music files to play on my hifi.

Assumming you have Nero you burn the MP3s as audio then Nero will automatically convert them to audio files and they should then play. Providing your hifi plays CDR disks.

I use WMP11. Open the file > Options > under Rip tab > Burn, then select WMA. It works on my old but still brilliant Pioneer CD player.
