Multiple Send/Receive problem in Outlook Express

I have more than one email address with more than one ISP they are all set up correctly in O.E. and I can send and receive with any of them using of course the currently connected ISP to send. However when I click on send/receive in O.E. A dialogue box appears for a few milli secs and I do not receive any mail. I have to check each account separately in order to receive my mail.

Any ideas on how to correct this it works fine on my laptop but not my main PC.

Tools,Int.Accounts, Properties, tick box "include this acc. when receiving or synq" for each ISP.

Thanks dadyassa, I cannot believe that I forgot to tick those boxes when setting yp the accounts.
