Does anybody know what program can fit different size photo's on to A4 paper to fill the entire page
seen it somwere but not sure where.

All the main photo editors do it in various ways.
Paint Shop - Does it in the Print Layout mode
either with various Templates or Manually.
Similaly Photosuite does it in the Montage mode.
Others have their ways.

Epson Photoquicker is the programme you want.

It doesn't matter whether you have an Epson printer.

Unfortunately, if you don't have a printer that supports it you need to fool it into believing you have.

The latest version is 3.5.

You could always use a word document or similar and just size them as you want to fit. You can also do it in XP within My Pictures.
