Multiple Accounts in MS Outlook 2007

My family and I currently use one PC running XP, on one logon account. For our individual email management, we use Outlook Express 6. When fired up, OE uses a dummy "identity" so no emails are displayed or downloaded. Whoever is on the PC will then use the switch identity feature to access their own email and folders etc...

I now have Outlook 2007 on my PC and want to use it for similar multi user processing - how do I do it ? I do not want to set up multiple XP accounts.
