msvcr80.dll What can this be?

Anyone know what the above dll does?
I have installed a new graphics card (Radeon X1650 Pro AGP version) and the associated Catalyst software.
Norton system check then reported the above as a missing dll (10 locations) when I did a system check. However card seems to be working fine.
Software seems ok though I'm still figuring it out.
Should I ignore or install the dll which is available online? Also where would I install it?
Windows XP, average specs.
Any advice appreciated.

Don't install it, ignore it in WinDoctor click here

Thanks to both for advice, I see I can safely ignore it.
My Norton is a bit out of date so I don't get updates any more!
Thanks again.

What do you mean by "a bit out of date"? If your license has expired you are unprotected. Uninstall Norton and get Avast Free click here
