If you press Troubleshoot in the error box it will run some tests on your connection - you don't have to understand it, just post the results on here and someone will work out what it is. ;-)

It looks like it thinks you're not connected to the Internet. Is there a tick next to the IP and DNS ones or do these fail as well? Have you connected to MSN before or is this the 1st time you've tried it?

have installed it then i uninstalled it and have installed it again.there is a tick next to IP but nothing next to DNS
