MSN Messenger Problem

I have two children who want to access MSN Messenger , one has no problem but the other gets a 'unable to connect'message. Both are on the same settings ( AOL teens ) and as far as I can see the MSN settings are the same.Any Ideas?

Thanks Bugzee not aufait with msn messenger but i think the problem lies that they are useing the same settings i think you have to create a diferent passport for each user

I downloaded a fix from MSN - AFTER taking her off the system completely and then re-installing her user name on XP
