MSN Messenger 7.5/Webcam Conflict issues

Hi there, new person here so bear with me...

I've just installed MSN Messenger 7.5 and have reinstalled my webcam because I was having a few probs with it on Messenger 7.0. Now, I get a picture up on the tuning wizard etc but when I go to connect with someone, I just get a black screen where my cam should be showing, it kicks me off of messenger, or it freezes my computer completely.

I've checked my firewall (McAfee Personal Firewall) and Messenger is on there as an accepted application, so I don't really have a baldy clue what to do to make it work.

Like I've said, I'm running XP on SP2, using AOL 8 on Broadband and using McAfee for my firewall and antivirus and my webcam is a Logitech Quickcam Messenger.

Please someone, help meeeee!
