Hands-on: Acer Predator Triton 700 review
My PC has really been playing up recently... well ever since I dloaded the upgrade to MSN Messenger on the 18-12-03. It was being really sluggish on startup and then not loading all of the task bar components(ATI, nForce, Local Area Connection.), while also restarting itself randomly during gameplay. During the HDD check that always checks disk consistently after a forced shutdown I noticed a problem... below is taken from event viewer:

may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended
that you continue.

It seemed that the problem lay with the Messener uninstall file located in the above file extension. So I uninstalled MSN Messenger 6.0 and the uninstall file and everything seems to be running fine. Has anyone else found this problem? I know of a few others who say their PCs have been playing up since they dloaded the most recent MSN Messenger update, but I wanted a few more opinions.
I meant 6.1 etc etc... either way I mean the most recent version and update :) My bad.
No problems over here in Derbyshire. Sorry
