MSI noisy gfx fan!

Hi,

I have an MSI K7N2G motherboard...

There is a tiny fan over the gfx chip (as seen in the centre of the close up picture on the above link) that is VERY noisy.

Can it be replaced? If so what the quietest fan available that I can replace it with?

That isnt the graphics chip, it is the nForce 2 northbridge and the nForce 2 northbridge gets very hot indeed even without integrated video. you can put a Zalman passive northbridge cooler on it (about 11 quid) but it voids your warranty
