This is what I sent to tech support this last weekend
Getting a box with an error message when sending an email. Message is as
"Incorrect e-mail address and password, please re-enter and try
again"......OK If I click OK, the email gets sent but no tag message
is sent back to me.
If I by-pass the program I can still send emails, I have deleted my
account and created a new one, but still the same, this has only started
to happen today, I have had this program for a while now and it's been
brilliant with no problems.
Other than to uninstall and then reinstall the program, I don't know
what else to try.
Using Win XP 2002 Home Edition sp1 OE6/IE6 and I'm the only person that
uses this PC.

Thanks for your email. We were experiencing some technical server
difficulties but we've now managed to resolve them. During the outage,
your mail will still have been sent to the recipient, although it will
not have been tagged. MSGTAG should be working as normal again now. You
do not need to adjust your username or password settings.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience! Thank you for your patience
and understanding while we resolved this matter.
The program is now fully functional!!
Yeah, should have contacted them first to save myself a lot of messing around with accounts and settings etc etc, still, nice to know that support are on hand.
I do hope they get this server problem sorted out on the PCA site, I've just spent 10 mins trying to respond to my own thread!
