MSE and Win32.Dursg.C and similar

MSE flagged up a red warning 2 days ago for the above virus. 'Cleaned computer' and all seemed OK. On bootup next morning, same warning. Cleaned again. Bootup this morning, same warning. Ran Malwarebytes which found 10 nasties (normally comes up with nothing significant). On restart, MSE didn't start and wouldn't start from the desktop icon either. Removed MSE then downloaded again.. All now seems OK. Any ideas?
