Opinions please,

Would Kasperky, mse be sufficient security for Vista, or should something else be included/

thank you.

Either Kaspersky or MSE - but not two anti-virus programs together - will cause conflicts. Of course one is paid for and the other free. I would also add Spywareblaster and the free version of Malwarebytes.

i use kapersky internet security on my laptop one as its known on the network the one that does the shopping banking and work etc but have avira free on the rest which includes 3 desktops and 2 laptops all for home use

it really depends on what you want for home use a free one with a bit of common sense is fine

thank you both, I have mse and malwarebytes on my laptop, with just mse on the desktop, I did not realize the its not a good idea to have both mse and kaspersky on both, I think I will see how I get on with kaspersky on the dt. with malwarebytes and spyware blaster.

tnanks again

Add Superantispyware as well and you should be well covered.
If you are using the pay for version of Malwarebytes you should not need Superantispyware.
