MSConfig question

Because my PC was a slow starter I decided to have a look at the start-up programmes via MSConfig. In addition to the usual suspects such as Quick Time and iTunes there were 3 items which were just ";" and nothing else. I have deselected these without any undue effects, but - and this is the question - should all the other entries have a semi colon as a prefix? Because all mine do.

But if your pc runs fine i guess there isnt.

Thanks guys, I won't tick this yet, just in cse someone comes up with anything else. It is starting and running OK, so perhaps I should leave well alone.

I use Startup Inspector to help me judge what should and shouldn't be in my Windows startup. That may tell you what the semi-colons relate to.

Final update. I used regedit to remove all the semi colons (after backing up of course) and things seem to be OK. I like the Start up INspector program; thanks €dstowe.
