MS Word table grid lines

Hello folks. I was sent a table of information in MS Word yesterday. I sent this document to print but only the big 4-sided outline got printed. What I actually want is that all the columns and rows get printed as well. How do I do this? Thanks in advance.

Select the whole table then go to Format, Borders and Shading, then on the Borders tab click one of the boxes on the left labelled ALL or Grid.
