i have a psion 5mx, i have a ms word table with 4 columns and 200 rows, to get this table into the data program on the psion i need to change the ms word table into delimited text (comma or tab seperated), is it possible to change a table in word this way. or is it possible to import a table from word into ms access?
You dont say which version of Word but in Word 2002 click somewhere in the table and then on the menu TABLE > SELECT > TABLE to highlight the entire table. Then TABLE > CONVERT > TABLE TO TEXT - In the dialog box choose separate text with commas - I think you end up with a comma delimited version. Worth a try anyway.
