Is it possible to import a word document (including tables) into Powerpoint. Both part of Office 2003.

There may be a better way but I have done this occasionally by selecting portions of text (or whole tables) in Word then pasting to individual slides in Powerpoint. If you paste in a table then double-clicking it in Powerpoint should open it in Word for editing.

I will watch this thread with interest in case there is a better way.

OK. I'll take a look at what VoG™ suggests - thanks.

I'd already searched MS and come up with nothing that seemed straightforward...

Insert 'Object' scroll down to and select 'Microsoft Word Document' put a dot in 'Create from file' browse to the Word document, OK OK.

Eastender - thanks but that only imported the first page of text; not the others.

Looks like the old copy and paste then as VoG™ suggested.

In the end, I saved each page as a seperate document and Eastender's method did the trick.

Thanks all.
