Hi,
MS TCP Loopback interface, what is it, and what does it do? I tried to find articles at Microsoft, I tried Google, but didn't find answers. It shows up as a hardware component together with my wireless network adapter in my laptop.

Where exactly is it being shown? In Device manager? In the Network Connections folder?

In my case I find it listed under Network Adapters in the hardware components spesification in The Ulitmate Troubleshooter. I have a laptop with two slots, one with a SMC wireless network adapter, the other slot is empty.
