Hello all,

This may sound daft, but according to the help files it's under tools, then it should be there as 'out of office assistant', but its not.

Any idea where I can locate it?

It's probably there somewhere, but I can find it!

Thanks in advance.

Out of Office Assistant is only available if you have the Microsoft Exchange Server service in your profile

ok,

In that case is there a way i can send a standard email back to the sender if sent to a specific email address?

you can create a rule in Outlook. There's not a lot of point in my taking you through the steps - just go into the rules wizard from the tools menu and create the rule from there.

TQ

I found that when I get sent an email to a certain email address I can send a reply using a email template using one of these rules, the same thing as the out of office assitant bascially.

Thanks again PCA
