MS outlook problem - restrictions?

Hi,
I'm having a slight problem with Microsort Outlook 2003 - whenever I click on a link in an email, I get the message;

"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrators"

and the link doesn't open. Any ideas on how to sort this? I had a quick look through the preferences, but as they seem to be a right mess I couldn't find anything about this...

Thanks,

Hmm, not too much use afaics... One applies to missing control panel icons, the other to IE5...

Am using IE6 and Windows XP Pro, BTW. Am poking around areas pointed to by those pages, though... :)

OE and IE are related.

In IE click Tools, Internet Options..., Programs, Reset Web Setings, Click OK.

You'll have to chnage your homepage back to what you want.

Hmm, that sorted it... Irritating, though - I rarely use IE, only for those site which don't support Mozilla Firebird...

Thanks. :)
