MS Office 2007 keeps messing up

Hiya I have AMD 2100 XP Prof and SP2 pack, Kaspersky Security, 756mb ram, 80gb hard drive. I recently updated from MS Office 2003 to MS Office 2007. I use MS Outlook for my e-mails and I have a quick start button to open it on the task bar. The problem is that sometimes ( usually the first time ) that I open it to read my e-mails it opens a flash screen and says configuring MS Office Enterprise 2007 and it takes about 2 minutes to do this. It keeps doing this it is like it has forgotten how it was set up every time. I also have a button on the task bar to close down the pc. Can anyone help to stop it keep wanting to re configure it's files? Thanx Mick
