This appears to be due to a program install on Packard Bell systems. Is yours a Packard Bell?

Try removing the program by doing the following:
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type "c:\program files\surfairy\uninstall.exe", and then press ENTER.
3. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.

Well after uninstllation it says uninstallation was succesful but it also says the follwoing files were created before or after the installation you or other applications may need them. Then it lists
C:\WINDOWS\system32\surfairyPP.dll then it says delete or close what should i do

You could probably delete any dll files its says its found. A better idea would be to make a note of the files and move them to a temporary folder and see if anything asks for them when you are using the computer, if after a period of time nothing asks for them then delete them.

I agree with Octal. Best to move them somewhere for a while just in case.... Should be safe to delete though.
