A friend of mine is starting a database for the first time. The help files to Access have not been installed and she cannot find the install disks.

Rather than talking her through the whole process, does anybody know of a website that shows basic database theory, possibly with a beginners guide to MS Access thrown in?

Any leads would be very helpful.

I don't think there will be any web sites that will actually show you how to create a database Lucky Jim. Normally all you get is information on book and courses.

If you get stuck with this one, email me and I'll send you some zipped information on creating a database old CLAIT level.

I have notes up to IBT2 level, can e-mail them to you if you want.
