MPEG movies from camera

I have several mpeg movies on my hard drive.
(They are no longer stored on my camera)

The problem is that they all are 640 *480 size.

For the thing that I am working on I really would prefer if they had a smaller dimension say for example 320*240.

How can I convert my MPEG movies so that they have smaller dimensions?

thanks in advanced.

If it's possible without having to re-render then vcdhelp click here should point you in the right direction. Here's a few other handy links for codec converters etc click here click here

thanks for those links MichelleC they will be useful.

I also found a way in windows movie maker that will reduce the dimensions. When saving the movie chose more settings and there are planty of options.
