MP3’s – ‘Batch change’ lists to Upper/Lower Case?

Does anyone know of software (preferably free) that can ‘batch change’ a long list of MP3’s or other music lists from lower to upper case and vice-versa?
I don't mean 'playlists' as such, but lists with the Windows Media Player logo at the side of each track.
I'd like to be able to highlight all tracks and change them to upper/lower as required, just as you can when wanting to 'batch change' names of photos in XP. I'm running XP SP2....
Thanks
