I plugged in mp3 player to usb port & windows xp did not find it. It works fine on my laptop Any bright ideas. I tried add hardware but this didn't find it. Same problem with other mp3 & flashdrive. The printer & cordless keyboard & mouse are recognised. I have a cd with drives for the MP3 but the cd does not have an install

if you have too many usb devices connected to PC and all them draw power from PC, it will have problem. This is my personal experience.
