Just use nero to create an audio cd drag the mp3 files to the disc then burn the disc Nero will automatically convert them to audio files before burning (Does it on the fly)

Did it work?

I have just tried this and it converted them to cda files which will only play on my computer - not, as I wanted, in the car.
Nero 6 is what I used. Have I done something wrong?

Making sure that the destination drive is a CD drive, chose the music option then 'audio'. This should produce a cd which plays on any cd player (inc. your p.c.)

Sorry to hijack the thread.

Since posting I have managed to play the disc on an ordinary cdplayer. It wouldn't play on my dvd burner.
dogbreath1 I possibly did not do what you have just said because the first burn was to my Hard Drive. Is that unnecessary?
