We have installed it correctly, but when you enter our talk talk account, with correct password, it still asks for the password and says its incorrect every time?

You need to make sure that every part is set up correctly See talktalk set up

Windows Live Mail but you may have just as many problems setting up your account.

Try these settings in thunderbird..

Server Type: "POP Mail Server" Server Name: "mail.talktalk.net" Port: "110" User Name: "[email protected]" Security Settings: Connection security: "None" Authentication method: "Password, transmitted insecurely"

Tools-"Account Settings"-Outgoing Server (SMTP) Server Name: "smtp.talktalk.net" Port: "25" User Name: "not specified" Authentication method: "No authentication" Connection security: "None"
