Mozilla Firefox

Sometime ago I heard of a program that let you put shortcuts on your desktop on Mozilla - without it I can't get shortcuts on the desktop. I've inadvertantly deleted mine.
Anyone help please?

I'm not sure I understand this... what is it you want to do?

If I understand this correctly what Wingfield wants to do is save a URL as a shortcut to the Desktop. In IE you have the option of File > Send > Shortcut to Desktop. Neither Mozilla nor Firefox have this option.

All you need to do is click on the icon in the address bar and drag it to the desktop. Hey presto instant shortcut.
