Moving Windows And Games Files To A SSD

Hi guys I would just like to know how I would move windows7 to my new solid state drive? What would be the correct/easiest process to do this? Clean install maybe? Also any advice on how I would move games files like Steam and/or world of warcraft to a SSD.

Also do you still have to defrag a SSD

No, you do not defrag an SSD - ever!!

The easiest way to transfer everything would be to "image" your OS drive (C:) using one of the many backup programmes available.

This is a good, free backup programme with full instructions

Never done that before, sounds tricky. Can I pick and choose what programs I wish to image? Or would it have to be the whole drive? Bearing in mind that the SSD is 120GB and my HDD is 400GB
