Moving contents of folders in Outlook

Hi - I have downloaded Spamfighter and it is working well. It however puts all spam into a separate folder in Outlook 2000.Is there a way to automatically move all of the contents of the folder into the deleted items folder? I have tried using the organise function but it only does this for specific emails, not the content of whole folders.

Thanks
Jo Jo H

The following is from Outlook Help files.

Right-click the folder that contains the items you want to delete automatically, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.

Click the AutoArchive tab.

To enable automatic archiving of this folder, select the Clean out items older than check box.

To specify when items should be deleted, enter a number in the months box.

To have items automatically deleted, click Permanently delete old items.

Under the Tools menu you will find a Rules option. You should be able to set up a rule to do as you want.

It puts the spam into a Junk folder, so that you can review the spam - in case it's made a mistake - which it will from time to time.

So it's not to be recommended that you automatically send them to the Deleted folder.

To transfer all the "Junk" to Deleted in one go - Click on Junk - then click Edit - Select All - Then click Delete
