Is it possible to move "My Documents" default location to a drive other than C?

Yes you can!
Open your Registry Editor, locate
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders", change the value of "Personal" in the right panel to any directory you want, such as "D:\My Document".
Then restart your computer.
