Booted my computer this morning from Hibernate only to find that the cursor did`nt move. Re booted computer but it did`nt make any difference. Tried another mouse but the same result. Good job I have another computer!

Anyone any ideas what`s gone wrong.

Packard Bell computer using Windows XP if that makes any difference.

if usb unplug re plug in again, another option reload usb driver and mouse driver.

Hi Sunny, you were`nt far off the mark. I removed all the usb peripherals and tried again. Success!!
