My son inlaw has just had his PC reformatted and now when he scrolls in web pages or other programs it acts and looks like the timetable board changing in a railway station. It happens when using mouse wheel or scroll bar. The mouse and k/board are Microsoft wireless, any suggestions? thnx.

Its not the mouse, its one of 2 things. Either he didn't install the motherboard drivers or he didn't install the graphics card drivers, mate of mine had the same problem at the weekend. Tell him to install the motherboard drivers again and then the graphics card drivers and that will solve it.

Just had a word with him again and he says thanks a lot, he installed graphic card drivers and all is back to normal.
