Mouse battery warning

I keep getting a "battery low" warning from the Intellipoint software - despite the fact that both the Logitech & Intellipoint software show the battery levels are good. DOes anybody know why this happens and how do I stop it?

I am using a Microsoft keyboard, but a Logitech cordless mouse. (which I bought a couple of years ago to replace the corded Microsoft Mouse). Usually when the battery is low there is a pop-up warning generated by the Logitech software - it is only now that I have been getting these warnings from the Intellipoint software.

Intellipoint is Microsoft software so your keyboard battery must be low.

Thanks for the prompt response.

I already tried replacing the keyboard batteries. (The software tells me that the levels are high).

I just don't understand why Intellipoint warnings keep appearing, when my mouse is not Microsoft!

Intellipoint works with virtually any mouse, not just Microsoft meeces!

Check your keyboard and mouse settings in Control Panel.
