Mount Ranier

I have just updated the firmware on my Teac CD Writer.

On going into Nero I notice it now supports Mount Ranier but when using Nero I do not notice any difference in Setup.

Does Mount Ranier work automatically and what does it do.

I have looked at a Mount ranier press review but it is double dutch.

What eaxtly do I gain.

Mount Ranier is similar to InCD for writing to cdrw and is allegedly to be a worldwide standard, instead of individual companys Nero/EasyCD etc bieng unable to read each others disks.

You have to still supply a cdrw formatted with INCD to make it work so surely this is not the whole reason for mount ranier.
