Hi Folks,

Has anyone built a Computer System with either of these Asus Motherboards?

1. M2N-E SLI NVidia nForce 500 SLI MCP AMD Socket AM2

2. M2N4-SLI NVidia nForce 500 SLI MCP AMD Socket AM2

I wish to build my own computer with either of these as I want to use my existing IDE Hard Drives & DVD/CD Writers in the new computer for now & then later buy the Sata hard Drives & Sata DVD/CD Rewriters. I'm trying to minimise on the amount of cash I can spend now.

Thay both have:

2 x IDE connector for four devices
4 x SATA connectors.

It will be my First Build, are these easy to setup and reliable for First Time Builders.

Please help & advise.

Thanks

Solartopi
