Motherboard for Intel core2 duo E6750

I'm building a computer for a friend and they want it to be a Intel CPU. They've decided on the Intel E6750 775. They want to spend up to £100 on a motherboard that will take DDR2 800mhz, have 7.1 onboard sound and possibly SLI for the graphics. I'm just after any suggestions for a good m/b. Another question is the SLI part. Is it really worth it as again they want to spend up to £100 on a graphics card with the option (if they had it) of adding a second graphics card at a later date.

I'm a bit behind on Intel m/b as I really only build AMD based computers.

Any help would be great!
