motherboard advice

does anyone know if this motherboard is any good? Epox 8NPA-Sli socket 754 motherboard,

my set-up at the moment is:
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3400+,
MSI K8MM-ILSR motherboard,
1024mb DDR memory,
200gb serial ATA hard disk,
RADEON 9800 SERIES 256mb,
DVD x16.

want to know if its worth the time upgrading my set-up with it.

This is a review on the site that I most look to for my pc kit, click here (if you put the mobo into the search box EPoX EP-8NPA SLI, then choose the review section), it get a great review, a premium grade award, no less.

Whether or not it's worth upgrading or not, is entirely down to what you want, if you are determined to use the kit you have now, and don't want to upgrade to say, a core 2 duo, then this board seems a good choice.

It may be best to stay with what you have now, and save up for a newer build in the future.

Not worth your time. In my opinion it would be a waste of money, Socket 754 has gone it was replaced with socket 939 and that has been replaced with AM2. You would be better keeping what you have until its too slow and then looking for a replacement.
