When you get a mail that gives you doubts and you are curious but!!!!
Do this [for OE users but other system must be similar]
Open the file then go to- File/Properties/detail/message source

Then all will be revealed

The 'message source' is often spoofed, that is, it isn't the true source.

If I look at this thread in 'Helproom' I see the orginal post and one by Graham.

At 20.06 I posted a response which I can not see.

If I go to 'My Postings' the thread is there with the original posting and mine but not Grahams.

Not quite chaps. The message source is the same as view / source in IE. It displays the way the message is encoded. For most messages it will display the HTML code.

As Graham ® says, the routing information on dodgy emails is usually fake.
