Monitoring Wireless Network traffic

Is there any software out there that I can use to monitor traffic/bandwidth usage across my home wireless network. I have up to four PCs/Laptops in use at any one time and when things slow down, I want to be able to identify who is using up the bandwidth without having to run around the house finding out who is doing what !!!

There is software available but it may be pricey:

If you type 192.168.1.1 in to your browser it should take you to your router management page.
Depending on the model there may be a facility to monitor traffic.
